Smile restored

Today was a red letter day for one of our patients, he has had his final restorations placed after an extended process to fix his teeth after a nasty incident which traumatised his front teeth.

This guy got hit in the face with a wooden bar and caused the loss of his upper left lateral incisor tooth, several fractures to his teeth and movement of some teeth from their sockets

As you can see the damage was quite extensive, our plan involved a number of dental disciplines to restore the teeth, treatment involved root canal treatment, bonding of tooth coloured filling to fix broken teeth, some orthodontics to correct displaced teeth and finally a dental implant to replace the lost tooth.

Given the starting situation I think we have managed to get a pretty good result for our patient, theres still a little tooth whitening to be done and in a few weeks this will be looking even better than it is today.
